Places have the ability to alter one’s mood. Here is one such story where two students search for their professor at a café instead of a classroom.
“Do you think he’ll be there?” asked a girl, as she and her friend entered the Honey Bee House.
“I am not sure! But I often see our professor in this café after our extra classes.”
“Is it appropriate to hand over the assignment to him in a café?”
“Are we left with another choice?”
“Hmmm… No…”
“Today is the last day for mark registration. So we’ve got to give it today.”
“You are right…”
“But what if he isn't …”
Before she could finish, the boy screamed. “Oh see! That's him!”
“Thank God! Finally, after one hour of searching, we found him in this café!”
“Yeah!!”
“But how will he react when we hand over the assignment at this place, at this time?”
“Again, we have no other choice! Let’s go.”
They approached the professor.
The boy started the conversation, “ Hello sir, we are here…”
The professor replied before the boy could finish, “Oh students! I did not expect you here! Yes, tell me, what is the matter?”
The professor seemed to be in a good mood.
The boy continued hesitantly while the girl stood behind him. “Sir, we are here to submit our assignments…”
The professor saw the assignment in the boy’s hand and began to laugh.
“Oh man! You guys are submitting your assignments here! How dedicated are you!”
They both began to laugh.
“Give it to me.” The professor took the assignments from the boy and continued with a smile, “Okay. I will leave then. See you in class.”
“Thank you, sir.” Said both of them with a sigh of relief.
“I never thought it would be this easy.” Said the girl with a smile.
“Me too. I’ve never seen him laugh like this in our class!”
“Yeah!”
“Finally, our work is done!”
“Yes. So, let’s have some tea?”
“Yeah, sure!”
